New to Devon, Cornwall, and the South West, is the poignant and thought-provoking exhibition "Anne Frank - A History for Today", on loan to Hope in the Heart from The Anne Frank Trust, with whom we are working in association to challenge prejudice, discrimination leading to persecution and hate crime.
The Trust is a London-based charity with branches across the UK but no presence in the SW until now http://annefrank.org.uk/. The exhibition is part of excellent Schools Programme, and similar programmes for youth and community groups, now available across the South West.
Through Anne Frank's story and the history of the holocaust in which she and her family died, it raises awareness of how prejudice, discrimination and hate crime can escalate, and explores choices we make as individuals, nations and beyond. You can learn more here.
