Messages from the HeART
In a welcoming, safe and empathic environment we will connect with others, share parts of our stories, think about the services and people in power who have impacted our lives and identify any messages we would like to express to them. We will use creative media (visual arts, poetry, music, zine-making etc.) to express our messages, with the option for these to be featured in the our Messages from the HeART exhibitions and performance events, to be held in London later this Year. Free workshops in Brixton (and back soon at Battersea Arts Centre)
