free online community workshops
The funded workshops have now finished, but we are still able to offer compassion-based and solution-focused community workshops for groups and organisations at a subsidised price. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
At present all events take place via Zoom, and aim to be creative, interactive, enjoyable and accessible to all.
The women-only Facebook community that sprung up as part of our most recent projects is still active and women everywhere are welcome to join. Adapting Gloriously! - One Glorious Thing... is a haven in which to share experiences and solutions - or just bask in what is glorious beyond the challenges of daily life.
Please visit (and like) the Hope in the Heart Facebook page for events as they come up.
The overall theme of our current services is on understanding and improving mental health and wellbeing, resilience and compassionate connection, in a comfortable and safe environment, and laying the foundations for a positive future.
