Messages from the HeART In a welcoming, safe and empathic environment, people with lived experience of mental health and associated issues will connect with others, share parts of our stories, practice compassionate listening skills, think about the services and people in power who have impacted our lives and identify any messages we would like to express to them. We will use creative media (visual arts, poetry, music, zine-making etc.) to express our messages, with the option for these to be featured in the our Messages from the HeART exhibitions and performance events, to be held in London later this Year. (More details about our exhibitions here)
