In an increasingly stressful and unsettling world, many people are seeking ways to better manage the challenges that bombard us, and be part of the solution - but don't know where to begin.
Focusing on how we care for ourselves and relate to our environment is an excellent place to start.
Would you like to: -connect with nature and the environment for greater wellbeing? -be part of a diverse and welcoming community? -create and have fun? (No artistic ability required :) -Make a difference to your own life, community and wider world?
Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, workshops began in Dec 2025 in Brixton and Waltham Forest.
