I would like to work with people to rebuild relationship and trust from reconciliation process in post conflict situation so I believe it is very essential to have this kind of session for us as peace builder too.

I found Sophie to be very engaging when speaking...She's very good at facilitating for instance when we were doing group exercises, making sure everyone was understanding and attending to everyone in the room. I found it useful how she put concepts into context and drew from her own experiences making things relatable...she found a good balance between letting everyone figure things out and come up with their own opinions and guiding.
