Tam has many years' experience of managing Neurodiversity projects, delivering awareness training, screening, signposting and supporting people with diagnoses of dyslexia, ADHD and overlapping conditions.

In addition to a wealth of collected knowledge from the field and the countless individuals she has worked with, Tam's lived experiences of such diagnoses , both personally and as a parent, add a powerful extra dimension to her work.

All of our services are suitable for participants who are unconventional learners, and we are happy to offer bespoke workshops and presentations on the subjects of neurodiversity and Specific Learning Differences.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Square pegs, Round holes

We live in a society in which certain qualities are valued more than others. For example, if you are able to think logically, achieve academically and conform to "the rules", you may fit in. If you think outside the box, favour more practical or creative pursuits and don't understand or value "the rules", you may feel like an outsider and wonder where you belong...

(According to Cambridge University autism expert Simon Baron-Cohen, reports of Albert Einstein's life indicate signs of Autism Spectrum Disorder.)

Priceless Gifts

Those of us who learn or respond differently from what's typical are often told there's "something wrong" with us;
(Specific Learning Difficulty. Attention Deficit Disorder, Dys-lexia, Autism Spectum Disorder). We may internalise this as a feeling of shame or inferiority, believing
we lack value in a world we can't relate to.

Learning to understand our neurodiversity can help us manage challenges, harness strengths, and acknowledge our priceless contributions to a world that is enriched by our divergent flair!

 "Getting it"

Until we learn to understand, manage and value our unique and fascinating way of being in the world, we may feel stuck in a chaos sometimes bordering on hopelessness. Our lives can be transformed when we realise that we are not weird or broken; that our brains simply work differently from the norm, that what we have to offer is of  immeasurable value - and that we are not alone.
